Julie Miller

Julie Miller is the managing director and head of the incentive compliance practice at Vista Site Selection.  Her focus is on the implementation of complex incentive programs nationwide.  Additionally, she manages site selection and incentive negotiations for projects across various industries.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Julie has demonstrated success in delivering a comprehensive range of tax credits and incentives consulting services.  Her expertise includes multiple headquarters relocations, advanced manufacturing and distribution, aerospace, financial services, renewable energy, and regional office operations.  Throughout her career, Julie has successfully managed over $600 million in incentive packages, simplifying the compliance process for her clients and ensuring the realization of incentives awarded by state and local jurisdictions.  Julie excels in managing multiple incentive programs simultaneously and collaborates effectively with critical client departments, including C-suite, tax, legal, human resources, real estate, and operations.

Before joining Vista Site Selection, Julie held leadership roles in the location & incentive strategies practice at Altus Group and the location economics practice at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree from Dallas Baptist University.  She has achieved the Certified Credits & Incentives Professional (CCIP) designation from the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and holds a Texas real estate salesperson license.
